CHRISTMAS 2012

Christmas season is approaching soon. We are all so very busy with our own lives and challenges. I understand. Life is hard. We have so much to do.  Several years ago we set up Children's Brain Injury as a 501c3 nonprofit in hopes that we could make a difference in the life of children and families who has sustained a brain injury. We have accepted donations and made financial contributions to families especially at Christmas time the past 2 years.  Saying we are honored to be part of this organization is an understatment at best. It gives some meaning to our lives for Hannah's brain injury.  I have to be honest (and I am sure most parents of brain injured children would agree), and that is the fact that I would change it all in a second to have Hannah back healthy. But I can't change the past but WE can change the future.  I can't do this alone.  We are a very small nonprofit and it is going to take us all to make a difference. We need financial donations to meet our goal for Christmas. We desperately need your help!  Please share our website with those in "your circle" and ask them to donate if possible.  We have over 1500 followers on our facebook page and 50,000 visitors to our website.  If everyone did a little we could do a lot! We also need to find a grant writter.  If you are aware of someone please have them get in touch with us. We not only help with financial donations but we share resources with families everyday. We are in the process of setting up a forum where parents can share with each other.  We are also adding parent leaders for each state to our program.  We are committed to helping you!
